Hey I'm Kris - Originally from Sweden with a Masters in Science in Management as a base, I've also studied in Australia, lived in Istanbul and spent 10 years in Berlin's startup tech scene in process optimizing roles working closely with founders, CEO, C-level and across departmental optimization projects.I've worked in various sizes of teams and company growth stages, with countless tools, from the big boys Salesforce, HubSpot etc. to lightweight software used across all departments from lead gen to billing and customer success.My core strength has become connecting the dots of an organization holistically to pinpoint actionables that can have largest impact moving forward.Now I use my holistic understanding of tools, processes and internal stakeholder understanding to help others who are on the journey I once were when I wished there was someone more that could help, guide and provide input to level up my skills even faster to come up with more optimized solutions.I've been a digital nomad since 2022 exploring along my interest for photography, aviation, coffee and guitars whilst working with clients around the world.This allows me to be more flexible with my schedule throughout our collaboration!I speak Swedish, English, Norwegian, German-ish, but don't worry, we'll work our magic in English.Speak soon!Cheers
