About Me

Hey I'm Kris - Originally from Sweden with a Masters in Science in Management as a base, I've also studied in Australia, lived in Istanbul and spent 10 years in Berlin's startup tech scene in process optimizing roles working closely with founders, CEO, C-level and across departmental optimization projects.I've worked with countless tools, from the big boys Salesforce, HubSpot etc. to lightweight software used in all types of departments from lead gen to billing and customer success. My core strength has become connecting the dots of an organization holistically to pinpoint actionables that can have largest impact moving forward. Now I use my holistic understanding of tools, processes and internal stakeholder understanding to help others who are on the journey I once were when I wished there was someone more that could help, guide and provide input to level up my skills even faster to come up with more optimized solutions.I've been a digital nomad since 2022 exploring along my interest for photography, aviation, coffee and guitars whilst working with clients around the world. This allows me to be more flexible with my schedule throughout our collaboration!I speak Swedish, English, Norwegian, German-ish, but don't worry, our sessions will be in English. However, if you speak Thai I'd love some lessons tho! :)Speak soon!Cheers

FAQs

Can I Get A Refund Or Cancellation?

We do not provide any refunds. But you can cancel your subscription at any time with a minimum 10 days notice prior to the next billing date.

Note that there is no refund for already paid months. When cancelled you will not be billed from the next month onwards.

If you cancel in less than 10 days prior to the next billing date you will be charged for the next subscriber month.

Example: If your subscription renews on the 22nd of every month you would have to cancel latest on the 12th of that same month.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

Just email me at contact[at]revopsvision.com and I'll handle the rest.

Do You Offer Custom Packages If We Need Even More Support?

Yes, I'm open to find solutions that work for both of us. Book a quick call here and we'll make it happen!

Does Do We Schedule Our Sessions & Communicate?

Firstly we agree on day and time for our regular Google Meet/Zoom that work for both of us in terms of availability, schedule and time zones and schedule this with calendar invites.

If you use Slack you can invite me to a channel where we can communicate quickly regarding inquiries, meeting topics and eventual rescheduling. I'm also available via email when needed.

Meeting preparations is all up to you, the more you can provide prior to the meeting the more efficiently we'll use our time together.

What If I Have To Reschedule Our Meeting?

No Problem! I understand things can come up or you have a travel day etc. Same goes for me so I'm flexible. Just make sure to give me notice 24h prior.

What If I Miss One Of Our Scheduled Appointments?

If you or your team mate do not show up to our scheduled appointment that was not rescheduled 24h prior, it is considered completed and used thus won't be rescheduled.

Will unused sessions from one month be carried over to the next month?

No they are not. Any unused sessions during a month is considered completed. You use or you lose. :)

Can you guarantee a successful outcome for us?

I can't promise specific results because success depends on many factors beyond my control—like your effort, commitment, what your tech stack is capable of, how you configure your tools in relation to your internal processes, and how you apply the strategies we work on together.

What I can promise is that I’ll give you my best advice, insights, and guidance to help you get where you want to go. My goal is to help find the solutions to the best of your capabilities among teams, processes and tools.

Can I Bring Colleagues To Our Meetings?

This depends on which package you've selected. The number of seats are limited as follows:

Starter: This call is 1 on 1, you and me.

Launcher: You can bring 1 colleague.

Booster: You can bring any number of colleagues from any team.

If you'd like to have a custom package that suits your team's needs, let's have a conversation I'm open to find the best way to help you. Book a quick call here and we'll make it happen!

How Do I Pay?

Once agreed on a package and timeline for our collaboration I will prepare an individual payment link for you. An invoice will be prepared and sent to you accordingly.

Overcoming RevOps Challenges: The Power of External Perspectives

In today's fast-paced business environment, revenue operations (RevOps) have become a linchpin for organizational success. However, implementing an effective RevOps strategy is no small feat. It requires an in-depth inquiry into every facet of the company, engaging all stakeholders and departments. This comprehensive approach presents significant challenges that can hinder progress if not addressed properly.I'll dive into the complexities of RevOps from my experiences and highlights why having a strong internal team supplemented by external insights is crucial for overcoming these obstacles and driving sustainable growth.

The Complexities of RevOps Implementation

Implementing RevOps isn't just about aligning sales and marketing; it's about unifying all revenue-generating and supporting departments under a cohesive strategy. Here are some of the core challenges businesses face:

1. Comprehensive Stakeholder Engagement

RevOps demands input and cooperation from all levels of the organization—from executives to frontline employees. Gathering insights from diverse teams like sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and even product development is essential. This wide-ranging inquiry ensures that all perspectives are considered, but coordinating this can be overwhelming.

2. Breaking Down Silos

Departments often operate in isolation, leading to fragmented data and misaligned goals. Dismantling these silos is challenging but necessary to create a unified revenue process. It involves not only integrating systems and data but also fostering a culture of collaboration.

3. Data Overload and Inconsistency

With multiple departments collecting and managing data differently, inconsistencies are inevitable. Standardizing data collection and analysis across the organization is a daunting task that requires meticulous planning and execution.

4. Resistance to Change

Change management is a significant hurdle. Employees may be hesitant to adopt new processes or skeptical of the RevOps approach. Overcoming this resistance involves transparent communication, training, and demonstrating the tangible benefits of RevOps.

5. Aligning Disparate Goals

Each department has its own objectives and KPIs, which may not always align with the overarching revenue goals. Harmonizing these objectives requires negotiation and a shift in perspective to prioritize collective success over individual achievements.

The Value of External Perspectives

Given these challenges, bringing in an outsider's viewpoint can be invaluable. Here's why external perspectives make a difference:

1. Unbiased Assessment

External support provide an impartial analysis of your operations. Without internal biases or preconceived notions, they can identify issues and opportunities that might be overlooked by those too close to the processes.

2. Expertise Across Industries

External RevOps professionals with diverse experience bring a wealth of knowledge from different industries and business models. They can offer innovative solutions and best practices that have been successful elsewhere, tailoring them to fit your specific needs.

3. Accelerating Change

Implementing RevOps requires swift and decisive action. I can expedite this process by applying my experience from a variety of company sizes, cultures and constellations avoiding common pitfalls, saving your company time and resources.

4. Enhancing Credibility

Sometimes, hearing recommendations from an external party can carry more weight internally. They can help persuade skeptical stakeholders by providing data-driven insights and success stories from other organizations.

Building a Strong RevOps Team with External Support

While a competent internal RevOps team is essential, supplementing it with external expertise can enhance effectiveness. Here's how to integrate both for optimal results:

1. Collaborative Strategy Development

Work with me to develop strategies that leverage both internal knowledge and external insights. This collaboration ensures that plans are realistic, achievable, and innovative.

2. Skills Transfer and Training

External experts can provide training sessions and workshops to upskill your internal team. This not only improves current operations but also builds long-term capabilities within your organization.

3. Objective Mediation

I can act as neutral mediator in aligning departmental goals. They can facilitate discussions that help reconcile differing objectives and foster a unified approach to revenue generation.

4. Continuous Improvement

An outsider's perspective can help establish a framework for ongoing assessment and refinement of RevOps strategies, ensuring that your company adapts to changing market conditions and internal dynamics.

Embracing the Challenge for Long-Term Success

The journey to effective RevOps is filled with challenges that require a thorough understanding of your organization's inner workings. By engaging all stakeholders and being open to external perspectives, you can navigate these complexities more efficiently.

Key Takeaways:

-Holistic Inquiry: Dive deep into every department to gather valuable insights.
-Unified Goals: Align departmental objectives with the overall revenue strategy.
-Cultural Shift: Foster a collaborative culture that embraces change and continuous improvement.
-Leverage Expertise: Utilize RevOpsVision as external, experienced knowledge to provide guidance, training, and unbiased assessments.
